Medieval Times with Gramma

Medieval Times is always fun... but watching Tristan in complete awe and then watching my mom have a great time made it THAT much better!!


We pulled up... and .. well, Tristan was NOT ready to say the least!

 

Finally he woke up and got to meet the Falconer.  It was AWESOME because mid show we got to see the falcon fly all around the room and over our heads.  So fun!!

 

When we arrived this "wench" gave us our crowns. I prefer to call her Cameron - her REAL name :)

Tristan stood on the chair cheering for our Knight and the Knight threw Tristan a flower!!

and this little boy was in a trance.  He said "Mommy I want to be a Knight" it was so sweet.

 Thankful for events like this... makes for some great memories!!!

I forgot to mention that  I took Aaron and Tristan to Quiggly's and here they are making their gifts for Cristina, Grandma and Bebah.

Happy (early) Mother's Day

Well, Mom is leaving before Mother's Day and I wanted to make sure Tristan GAVE her the present he made all by himself.  Just so happened, I had 2 gift cards from Admins. Day for Jaspers. 

As luck would have it... Bebah could come to dinner too!!

Everyone LOVED Tristan, they were commenting on what a great kid he was and they played with him, told him they would eat his food, etc.  I was so proud of him!!

Then me and my Mom!

It was an awesome night and it was really great for us all to be together since we won't on May 12th.

We really are blessed with some great moms!!!!

Growing....Growing... GONE!

Well, I bought Holt and T a butterfly kit and we finally got our caterpillars in the mail!!

For a few days they crawled up and down the containers... then, they cocooned!

We then had to peel these sheets out of the containers and hang them in the mesh tent.

 

we've got flight!

 

7 to go but 3 are alive and flapping!

 

it was finally time to set them free....

 

we "hugged" them goodbye and watched them all fly out of the top.

That was a great experience... one I hope you remember  Nugg!
