Epcot did offer a ton of great stuff. This ride called SOAR allowed you to hang glide over a ton of beautiful scenery, Tristan kept saying "This is beautiful Mommy"

and then we were chosen to be the special pirates on the Pirates of the Caribbean set!
Hadley held the key. It was a little creepy but T and I kept pretending to shoot the bones and he kept saying "Is this real Mommy?" and I said "No, it's pretend" - and he was fine
then I had her try on all the awesome costumes in the Rock and Roll store
and asked someone to get a shot of both of us :)
then we went to Test Track with Daddy. 
Tristan and Daddy made their own car. Hadley and I made ours and then they test it to see how it would do. Hadley and I won THREE categories but Holt won overall.
At the end, Chevrolet let you climb in all of their cars. Hadley and T loved it!
and T gave the experience a thumbs up!

and thankfully I even managed to squeeze in a bath while Hadley and Holt went back to Hollywood to ride the Rock'N Roll Coaster two more times!! Fabulous photo above!
