I felt kind of bad when he came out... I mean... he's so SAD looking...

But Holt was SO happy!

heck.. they were ALL happy

Until Holt ate the guts of the thing... then we all almost hurled.

Yes Tristan, they are fun to play with and yummy to eat... but Daddy just had to be nasty and eat the intestines.

Please be just a LITTLE more like Mommy when it comes to food so I can still kiss that sweet face!



San Fran fun

My TYPOS girls headed off for our retreat in San Francisco

 

We hit Alcatraz...

 

 

and Daddy told T that my voice sounded funny because I was partying the night before and now I was going to jail...

 

(can't say he was lying - but it wasn't quite the truth)

 

had to buy you this Tristan... cuz it's TRUE~

 

then Erin, Kristin and I got a little silly at the bridge

then I found me a sailor~ he looks a tad disinterested though :)

and then we shopped a tad.  Yes, I have a flower in my hair... a REAL flower.

we hit Fisherman's Wharf for crab

 

and this is when all of the insanity started

we hit the town... I'm the only brunette - but I had fun too!

and we traveled and toured the city in Go Cars... it was fun!

 

San Fran is known for Sourdough bread

and I became even better friends with this awesome chick!

and we got a little silly

a few times

 

just don't ever want you to think your mommy was boring!

 

Love getting away, but man I missed you and Daddy... and Gramma since I missed her arrival!!

That didn't take long...

 

I knew she would like Butterscotch!!

Reversing Litter.... 10 pieces as a time

Daddy had a great idea.... every Tuesday when we walk the dogs, we will each pick up AT LEAST 10 pieces of litter....

People looked at us a little strange...

and Tristan just squealed with delight every time he found "glitter" (his way of saying litter)

So I kept reminding him it's L-ITTER... LITTER.. not glitter

and he laughed...

So we compared bags with Daddy

Sure did get a lot (I know it doesn't look it but we did)

and it felt good... to do something so small.

Our Katelyn said yes!!!

Way to go Chad, so excited!!!!

A little sugar...

T and I just sent a box of warm gooey cookies to the office staff...

There are days... that I realize how much trouble I'm in... he is a daredevil (and a little crazy) just like his daddy:

(it was FREEZING in that pool - FREEZING) and he did it more than once - after Daddy did it (of course)

and then... he's more like me (which suddenly feels really boring) LOL
